The effective date of the Revised Resolution 233 has been delayed until October 1, 2024; however, the previous version of Resolution 233 will remain in place. As a reminder, this means that:
Use of visitor parking spaces is for visitors, and residents who park a vehicle in a visitor spot in the same neighborhood on any street three (3) times in any thirty (30) day time period is prohibited, and is subject to be towed after being issued a warning sticker.
Additionally, the revised Resolution 234 is in effect, which means that:
Commercial vehicles are still prohibited to be parked overnight on a townhouse street and will be issued a warning sticker that gives 1 day/24 hours’ notice before the vehicle is subject to be towed.
Both Resolutions are currently in place and will be enforced.
