Meet The Board of
Directors

The Board of Directors is the final decision-making committee of CountrySide’s governing body. Its power and duties include adopting the annual budget, establishing rules and regulations for the use of common property, enforcement of the governing documents, and employment of the managing agent. One director is elected from each neighborhood to serve on the Board of Directors for one year. Elected directors are homeowners in good standing, elected by majority vote at the annual meeting in December. The Board provides leadership by developing and establishing long-range community goals. To perform those duties and responsibilities, the Board of Directors seeks guidance from established committees consisting of volunteer members from the Neighborhood Advisory Councils. Standing committees include Community Relations, Finance, Facilities, and Grounds.

In addition to the BoD volunteers, there are many other residents who volunteer their
time to assist the BoD in the operation of the community. These residents meet with their
committees on a monthly basis to discuss the concerns and interests of their neighbors
