Research Place Rezoning Application Public Hearing – Wednesday, July 15

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing regarding a rezoning application for property neighboring CountrySide. The applicant is seeking approval to allow a private school serving students in grades 6–12 to occupy a portion of the existing building located at 45189 Research Place.

The public hearing is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Room on the first floor of the Loudoun County Government Center (1 Harrison Street, S.E., Leesburg, Virginia). Parkway Pool is going to the dogs with the return of Doggie Swim Day! Join us for this special swim-and-play event exclusively for non-aggressive canine companions of CountrySide residents.

Bring your furry friends to Parkway Pool (46020 Algonkian Parkway) on Saturday, September 12, from 1 – 4 p.m. for an afternoon of splashing, playing, and making memories.

Residents must have a valid MokoPass and bring a doggie water dish and waste bags. All pups must wear current vaccination tags, or owners must provide proof of current vaccinations upon arrival.
