Parking Resolutions Update

The effective date of the Revised Resolution 233 has been delayed until October 1, 2024; however, the previous version of Resolution 233 will remain in place. As a reminder, this means that:

·       Use of visitor parking spaces is for visitors, and residents who park a vehicle in a visitor spot in the same neighborhood on any street three (3) times in any thirty (30) day time period is prohibited, and is subject to be towed after being issued a warning sticker.

Additionally, the revised Resolution 234 is in effect, which means that:

·       Commercial vehicles are still prohibited to be parked overnight on a townhouse street and will be issued a warning sticker that gives 1 day/24 hours’ notice before the vehicle is subject to be towed.

Both Resolutions are currently in place and will be enforced.

The April 3, 2024 Board of Directors meeting will be held at 6:30 PM to accommodate Board, DRC, and NAC training with legal counsel.

Annual Inspections will begin on April 1st!
